The Advantage of Team Players and Site Harmony
Our family-oriented team at Hirschi knows that working together for the success of a project is the best way to see real results. That’s why we maintain proactive communication between each other, our subcontractor peers, and celebrate the long-standing cooperation we strive to uphold.
Meet The Hirschi Team
We’re a company of confident problem solvers with the kind of team that has a variety of skills and specializations. Our goal is to tailor our manpower and toolsets to your project to give you the scalable “horsepower” that fits your needs.
Executive Leadership

Our companies share a single vision: Build People, Projects, and Communities That Last. That means investing in our team’s growth, delivering exceptional craftsmanship, and giving back to the communities we help shape.
We’re driven by our core values — Win Work, Achieve Results, and Be Fulfilled. These guide how we work, lead, and live. Success isn’t just about what we build, but how we show up — with grit, purpose, and professionalism.
Around here, we call it Hirschi Horsepower — the relentless drive to outwork, outthink, and outperform while maintaining extreme professionalism and delivering the best client experience in the industry. At our core, we live by one truth: Expect More. It runs in our blood. We strive for excellence in everything we do — setting higher standards for ourselves, our partners, and our craft.
Our people are the foundation of that excellence. We hire top-tier talent, retain exceptional professionals, and create an environment of care, growth, and opportunity. When people join Hirschi, they join a team that invests in their success, challenges them to rise, and rewards them for it.
I’m passionate about faith, family, and freedom — and the responsibility that comes with each. That passion fuels my commitment to community impact and creating pathways of opportunity for others. Through initiatives like our Pathways School of Masonry — a vocational training program inside the Southern Desert Correctional Center — we help individuals gain real skills, restore confidence, and build new futures through the craft of masonry.
I believe success is measured not only in the structures we build but in the lives we shape. Our mission is to elevate our industry and uplift the communities we serve through excellence, integrity, and opportunity.

When he’s not neck-deep in contracts or court opinions, Ryan can be found chasing philosophical rabbit holes with friends, running solo to clear his mind, playing with his kids, or out on a date with his far better half.
