As part of our Expect More commitment, we do more about safety than required by state law:
- All field employees must complete a 10-hour OSHA training course.
- All Foremen and Supervisors must complete a 30-hour OSHA + CPR training
- We conduct rigorous in-house scaffold erection, equipment operation, and forklift operation certification programs
- We demand a drug-free workplace with random and for-cause drug and alcohol tests
- We retain a full-time Safety Manager to keep all projects and employees compliant with OSHA standards.
